Arrival and departure

Our rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. We are happy to offer you day rooms at a preferential rate, subject to availability.
We are also happy to help you book a transfer. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.

The municipality of Lossburg currently charges a visitor’s tax of €1.90 per person aged 18 and over. This is not included in the prices quoted and will be charged at the hotel on departure.

You are welcome to book meals of your choice for an additional charge, unless you have booked an offer that already includes them.

Prices per room and per night

  • A-season (public holidays): + 6 € (surcharge)
  • B season (high season): None (standard prices)
  • C season (low season): – 6 € (discount)
  • New Year’s Eve surcharge on 31.12.XX: + 80 € once per person
  • Child 0-2 years: + 10 € per child and per day
  • Child 3-11 years: + 30 € per child and per day
  • Child aged 12 and over: standard prices (child counts as an adult)
  • Crib: + 8 € per piece and per day
  • Extra bed: + 15 € per piece and per day
  • Extra adult occupancy: + 40 € per person and per day (without extra bed)
  • Small animal up to 5kg: + 15 € per animal and per day
  • Large animal from 5kg: + 20 € per animal and per day
  • Children from 0 – 5 years eat from the children’s menu in the evening – this is charged separately.
  • Half board for children from 6 – 11 years € 15,00 per child/evening.
  • Half board for children from 12 – 15 years € 25,00 per child/evening.

Benefit from our early bird prices. The discounts apply exclusively to the flexible rate including breakfast and not to packages or arrangements. The early booking discounts cannot be combined with each other or with other offers and can only be booked via our website.

10% friend discount bookable up to 2 days before arrival, full prepayment on booking, no cancellation possible.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card number, verification code and expiration date. Reservations that are not guaranteed cannot be honored. Guaranteed reservations can usually be canceled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made later are subject to a fee and will be charged at 80% of the total amount of your stay. Exceptions to this cancellation period apply to certain price categories, e.g. early booking prices that require advance payment. Pay conveniently directly at the hotel by cash or EC card. You can also pay by credit card.
